Hi, I’m Rachel.

A while back, I was doing well outwardly, but inwardly, I was lost in my overwhelm, facing a big change.

Fortunately, my peers (women lawyers) invited me into a closed group that was different than a friend circle; we met on a regular cadence, we had house rules about how time was shared, and we generally kept the conversation focused on our careers.

Everyone’s experiences seemed to be additive to other shares, and the learning was synergistic; when I shared what I was up against, I didn’t just get each person’s individual wisdom - it was compounded. I learned something irrefutable:

We humans have blind spots; and,

we can solve for this to leverage our time.

Thanks to our meetings, I began to make better choices, resulting in stronger boundaries, bigger opportunities, and more alignment between my strengths and my life, in general. It was amazing.

I looked left and right, and saw no quality spaces for other women lawyers to have an experience like this; so, I built Interconnected Us. For you.
